Mow Down Air Pollution Giveaway Rules

1. No purchase necessary.  Purchase does not increase odds of winning.

2. Contest runs from July 1 - 31, 2010. Prize drawing will be held in early August 2010. Winners will be notified by phone.

3. Participants and winner(s) must live or work in Spokane County and be at least 21 years old as of July 1, 2010.

4. Limit: One entry per person, per day.  Enter online, or at Spokane Clean Air's office, 3104 E. Augusta Ave., Spokane, WA  99207, during regular business hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  The office will be closed on Monday, July 5.

5. Need not be present to win.

6. Winner(s) must pick up prize at Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency’s office, during regular business hours.  Winner(s) will need to present valid I.D, such as a driver’s license, military ID, work ID.  The ID must show proof of residency or work in Spokane County and age.

7. Employees of Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency, Black & Decker, Neuton, WORX, Spokane County CTR Office, contest television partners and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win.
