Notice of Construction (NOC) Application Forms
For all Notice of Construction (NOC) permit application the Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency must receive the application form (no faxes or emails) accompanied by the applicable NOC base fee for the project. You will be billed for additional review fees depending on the type and complexity of the application.  See Article X, Fees and Charges, for fee information.

In addition to the application and base fee, Spokane Clean Air may require further information to demonstrate that the proposed source will meet the regulatory requirements (i.e. building plans, estimated emissions, means for control of emissions, and SEPA checklist if applicable.)
