Enforcement

The Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency seeks to assure compliance with clean air laws. Spokane Clean Air stresses the importance of voluntary compliance and provides a variety of compliance assistance tools (e.g., publications, pollution prevention consultations, etc.), but enforcement action is taken when necessary.

Penalty History

We are in the process providing the public with a five (5) year history of penalties issued by Spokane Clean Air.  The database is searchable by entering your search criteria into the categories provided.  Clicking on a column header sorts the data.  Please note that the same Notice of Violation number and the amount of penalty assessed may be listed multiple times depending on the number of individuals or companies involved and the number of regulations cited in each enforcement action.
