Public Notice:
Announces the receipt of permit applications for a minimum of 15 days. The public can express interest in an application during the noticing period and may request a public comment period.

Preliminary Determination Open for Public Comment:
Lists preliminary determinations available for a 30-day public comment period. The public can comment on a proposed project during the comment period and may request a public hearing.

Public Hearings Scheduled:
Lists public hearings scheduled for proposed new source review projects.

Notice of Construction Public Notice

The following applications for approval of construction or modification of an air pollution source or a request for revision of an approved Notice of Construction that may result in an increase in emissions have been received by the Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency. A formal public comment period will be provided if requested by any person, government agency, group, or the applicant.

The following preliminary determinations for approval of construction or modification of an air pollution source are available for public comment as listed below.

Any person, government agency, group, or the applicant may request a public hearing by submitting a request in writing before the end of the comment period specified below. The request shall state what is their interest in the source and why they believe a hearing is warranted. The agency may hold a public hearing if it determines significant public interest exists.
